Services Debriefed-

•  Consultation Beginners- for business & website guidance; entails advice on things to consider, what you’ll need prepared, advice/awareness of trademarks and copyright, accountants, solicitors/lawyers etc. This will also be a confirmation/consultation regarding your ideas. If you are purchasing other services, this will be done on the phone while we set up the basics for your business. This will be ~25mins via call.
  
  
• Consultation Branding- concept/ideas & generation; this will be a business name/concept brainstorm for complete beginners (however we expect clients to have some direction and idea of what they want and be ready with some ideas of their own). We will add our creative input and help inspire your creativity in hopes to get your ideas flowing and consolidated! This will be ~45mins max via call (with acceptions this can go over).

• Domain & Business Email Setup (with records); this entails the purchase of your brand new domain/business name (through Google and a solid domain registrar) along with the setup of your business email. You will get a walk through of domain renewal and how you can use some of your business email dashboard features. This service will also include us adding the mandatory email regulatory records ensuring your business emails get to customer inboxes. We will apply basic records which you can change yourself at any time, these will just be to get you started and still fine to keep the same without changing. If you are purchasing the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service, we will also link your domain to your new store and apply the additional mandatory records so your store shows on Google when the domain is typed in the URL search. If you are not purchasing the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service you will have to connect your domain to your store on your own accord. Therefore you may get a reduced price for this service as we will not need to apply as many records; it will vary depending on your needs. This service is ideally for clients who are purchasing this along with the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service. This is also ideal for you if you are starting your business completely new and want to purchase this service alone. Note that If you have already purchased your domain elsewhere we will not be able to facilitate any services around that as you will need to transfer it to your store yourself by following the steps from that registrar, therefore we will not be able to offer you any service there. The timeframe for this will be 2 weeks to ensure everything is set up, while also allowing the timeframe it takes for everything to be processed.
  
  
• Draft Store Setup (with logo for Google added); this will be a draft store with some of your mentioned brand colours/concepts incorporated, essentially an example of a store which you can edit thereafter. We may also add one or two example collections, products and/or announcements to give you something to change or build on. Note that this is not a fully designed store; it will only be a draft ready for you to fully customise yourself after. This store setup comes with a generalised privacy policy and cookie policy already implemented so you do not need to purchase those as extras. We only use one vendor for store setup due to experience and flexibility which will be discussed via call. If you have a business logo ready we will add it to your store so when Google indexes it in Google search you will be able to see your business logo next to your website name just like every established business has. Please be aware your online store may not show on Google search immediately when you type it in search and it may not show at the top or near the top for some time as Google needs to recognise it. It will also depend on how many other similar businesses there are to yours in terms of the name etc. Be aware of this and be prepared to give it time to show up. We always advise you purchase your domain and get it linked to your website as soon as possible regardless of whether you will start selling or not so that way Google can begin indexing it for it to appear in search sooner. The timeframe for this service will be 1 week.

• Customised Store Setup (with logo for google added); this is the same as the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service above except this ‘Customised Store Setup’ is your store in more detail specific to your requests with more of your branding/information implemented onto the website, so ultimately you have nothing or very little to have to customise yourself after we complete this (other than adding your products and making minor changes to your liking).
  This store setup comes with a generalised privacy policy and cookie policy already implemented so you do not need to purchase those as extras. This service is suitable for you if you already have your branding and logistics setup and you just want a website made that does not require as much customisation afterward. On the contrary, the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service is more of a store starting point with some of your branding concepts implemented but not to the same extent as this ‘Customised Store Setup’; the ‘Draft Store Setup’ will require more customisations on your part. Ultimately you may choose between this ‘Customised Store Setup’ and the ‘Draft Store Setup’ depending on your budget and how much work you are willing to put in yourself afterwards. • Store Shipping & Locations Setup (default); this involves setting up the countries/regions your online store will ship to. To activate your shipping we may need to add some default product weights to match the shipping settings. You will then be able to change these depending on the actual weight of the products you will be listing so your shipping will not be affected as it will be set. You will be able to change it to suit your business needs at any time on your own accord. This will need to be setup for your store before linking it to the delivery courier we use to link to stores. Please note this service only applies if you have purchased the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service otherwise this will not be applicable to you. The timeframe for this will be 2 weeks.

• Shipping Courier & Store Linking; we only link one delivery courier for the draft stores we setup as it is what we are familiar with and find convenient for shipping worldwide and having parcels potentially collected from you. This will involve a walk through of how it works and advice on using the courier service. If you are new to shipping your online products to customers then we recommend you select this service as it is quite easy to manoeuvre after setup. If you have a specific delivery courier you wish to link to your online store this service is not for you. This service only applies if you have purchased the ‘Draft Store Setup’ service, however you may still be applicable for this service depending on which provider hosts your online store. If it is the same provider we use we may be able to provide this service; please fill in our Consultations/Contact form with details for an answer. The timeframe for this will be 1 week.

*Advice: If you are a beginner, on a budget or do not wish to purchase all of the services but still want to get your business started, we would advise you to purchase the ‘Consultation Beginners’ service and the ‘Domain & Business Email Setup’ service at bare minimum. This will ensure you have the mandatory basics setup and the necessary information/advice to set you in the right direction with your business ventures even if they are not completely with us.
