No service will begin until paid for in entirety. Some packages/services may have acceptions to this (will be explained over the phone). 

 
Contact before purchase

 It is vital you contact us via our Consultation/Contact form before purchasing any service/package to ensure you are selecting only what you need and to ensure we are right for facilitating your needs based on what we offer. This will avoid confusion.

 If you are purchasing from our ‘DIRECT PURCHASES’ products/service you do not need to fill in our Consultation/Contact form; you can purchase these services immediately and receive your purchase in line with what has been stated within that specific product(s) description. Feel free to get in touch first if you still wish to. 



Maintaining contact after purchase

When a date and time has been scheduled for a service it is vital you are available for it. Failure to do so if you have purchased a service will mean you may end up receiving a finished piece that does not align with your vision which we will not be liable for if we have attempted contact and not received response. We will work based on the information you have provided us and the service/package (s) you have purchased. You will receive those by the deadlines we have stated. On your part we expect you to be present for scheduled calls/meetings, provide as much information as possible and make payments on time. Failure to do so may result in missing content or content that does not align with your full vision. In these instances you will not be eligible for any refund as this is not a mistake on our part. 

 
Refunds for services

Tips and any payments made are non refundable.
Seeing as we provide creative services/packages that require other creators/specialists, unfortunately no refunds will be granted for services as a lot of time and efforts will have been put into the services/creations you receive. Moreover if you contact us with any genuine grievances we may be able to help, just be aware no refunds are our terms of service unless at our discretion we are able to provide some kind of compensation.

 

Despite our terms, we do not expect any grievances as during your service you will be updated throughout any main stages during our processes so you have the option to add your input where necessary, ensuring we are still working within the realms of your vision.



DIRECT PURCHASES

These are non refundable as are all of our services as previously stated. 

HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE DIRECT PURCHASES-

You will receive these services in an email directly to the email you submit when purchasing your desired service below. This may be sent anytime from the time of purchase up to 7 days after (depending on the service; see specifics below) so please allow time for us to prepare your service purchase.

Please ensure when purchasing any of the below services that you enter the email you wish for your purchase to be sent to. Failure to do this correctly on your part will not be an error on our part therefore we will not be liable if it is sent to an email you put at purchase that you did not want it sent to.

Therefore when purchasing please ensure you use the email address and contact phone number you wish to be contacted by and receive your purchase(s) to.

 


Shipping

Shipping does not apply for any of the services across this website.

Please ignore any shipping timeframe stated when you checkout; this is applied by default for our store. For accurate service/purchase completion and delivery timeframes look at the specific product descriptions.

Privacy

Your information will be retained for contact and payment purposes during your service. Once your service is complete with us your information will stay on our record for our reference and legal reasons. Sensitive information such as your phone number can be removed from our data base on your request at any time.
